I finally replaced my 3 years old point and shoot with LX3. It is a big improvement over LX2 - better CCD, better Optics and better operation. 24mm Super Wide angle is really useful. Some might complain the relatively short 60mm telephoto limit but do you really use your 10x zoom that often? The image quality is still no match to DSLR. But with the leica lens, full manual mode, optical stabilizer...
